As partly cloudy sky hovered in the national capital on Saturday, the weatherman has forecast rainfall in most places across the country, including Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal and Sikkim, in the next 24 hours.
In the East: Many places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Gangetic West Bengal are likely to receive good rainfall according to the MeT report. A few places in Jharkhand and isolated places in Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura, Odisha, Bihar are also likely to receive rain, the weatherman said.

In the North: A few places in Jammu and Kashmir, isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh.
Dry weather in west Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan.
In Central India: Isolated places in west Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, while dry weather is expected in east Madhya Pradesh.
In the Peninsula: A few places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, isolated places in Gujarat State, Konkan & Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Telangana, Rayalaseema. Dry weather in Marathwada, coastal and north interior Karnataka, Kerala.

Islands: Most places in Andaman & Nicobar are likely to receive rainfall while dry weather is predicted for Lakshadweep.
With partly cloudy sky, the maximum temperature in New Delhi on Saturday hovered around 34 degree Celsius. The temperature in the next 24 hours is likely to hover around 34.5 degree Celsius and minimum temperature around 25.5 degree Celcius. The maximum temperature in Mumbai would hover around 30.2 Celcius while the minimum temperature around 25.2, according to the weatherman.
