It was no less than a religious occasion for the fans of Tamil cinema as two of the biggest superstars, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan came together to share the stage.
Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan attended an event organised by Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) to celebrate 75 years of the party's mouthpiece, 'Murasoli'.
During the event, Kamal Haasan was on stage with MK Stalin while Rajinikanth was sitting in the front row.

Rajinikanth who is known for his anti-AIADMK stance has recently hinted to join politics when he asked his fans to “prepare for war.”
Known as “Thalaivar” (ultimate boss), Rajini has been a DMK supporters and he had even asked his fans to not let AIADMK’s Jayalalitha return to power in 1996 saying she will ruin the state if comes back.

Megastar Kamal Haasan has also hinted joining politics and he in the last few days has criticized Palaniswami government for alleged corruption in Tamil Nadu.
However, apart from the politics, both Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan enjoy an overwhelming fan following with religious like-fervor and seeing them together was a rare occasion for their fans.
