Supreme Court on Thursday while hearing the petitions against Centre's Aadhaar Act upheld Right to Privacy as a Fundamental Right for every citizen of India, the verdict is seen as a major setback for the BJP-led Centre government which had argued that privacy is not a fundamental right.
