The Gaya District Court on Thursday pronounced Rocky Yadav and three others guilty in Aditya Sachdeva murder case. The quantum of sentence to be declared on September 6.

The Gaya District Court on Thursday pronounced Rocky Yadav and three others guilty in Aditya Sachdeva murder case. The quantum of sentence to be declared on September 6.

Father of Rocky Yadav, Bindi Yadav was also declared guilty. Other who have been pronounced guilty include brother and a bodyguard.

The advocate of Rocky said that they will go High Court challenging the decision.

"We thank the judiciary, it is a very big decision," said Chand Sachdeva, mother of Aditya Sachdeva.

Rocky, son of former Janata Dal (United) leader Manorama Devi and alleged history sheeter Bindi Yadav, is accused of shooting and killing Aditya Sachdeva, a Class XII student who was driving his Maruti car, for overtaking his SUV on May 7 near Gaya.
