Pradyuman muder case was argued on the basis of merit and jurisdiction. This is the first of a kind case where there are three jurisdiction. First, the Gurugram police which has produced Ashok as the prime accused. Secondly the CBI according to who another minor is the culprit and third is the Juvenile Justice Board.Â
This has given rise to various complexities in the case including jurisdiction. For example, CBI court is in Panchkula but the hearing is happening in Gurugram.Â
The CBI confirmed that it has not given clean chit to anyone of the accused. The investigation related to the case has not yet been completed but all evidence like forensic, scientific or otherwise has been submitted.Â
