A principal of a private school on Monday night was shot dead by two men in her house in Delhi, police said on Tuesday.
The deceased principal ha been identified as 45-year-old Anita Yadav.
Police suspects the school principal was shot dead by husband’s former business partner and an accomplice.
“We have a CCTV footage which shows the victim’s husband’s business partner along with another entering the house at the time of the crime,” said a police officer.
He added that the victim’s assailants pumped bullet in her chest.

Police further added that she use to run the school on the first and second floor of the building she stayed in. They suspect the killing is outcome of a property dispute. “The victim’s brother was also found dead in Haryana;s Jhajjar so we suspect the possible reason behind the murder to be land dispute. However, we are investigating the case in all angles,” said a police officer.
