Seven years of Mumbai attacks, how safe we are?

It’s been seven years to the biggest terror attack on Mumbai. It was the day when around 171 people killed and 239 injured. After the brutal attacks, we have not learnt a lesson and the country seen many attacks. The big question lies whether we are prepared to tackle another such situation of that magnitude if it happens today?
