Sulking senior JD (U) leader Sharad Yadav has convened a meeting of opposition parties while terming it as an attempt to save the 'composite culture' of the nation.
It is expected that former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav and Sitaram Yechury will attend the meeting.
The move is seen as show of strength of Sharad Yadav who is not happy with Bihar chief minister and JD (U) president Nitish Kumar after the latter joined hands with BJP and dumbed RJD
Yadav told that Congress, SP, BSP, Trinamool Congress and CPI (M) will attend the meeting.
He clarified that this meeting is not against any party or person but to save the ‘composite culture’ of the nation.
