South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who arrived in New Delhi on Sunday on a three-day state visit to India, will inaugurate tech giant Samsung’s 35-acre facility in Noida on Monday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also accompany Moon during the inauguration of the Samsung plant, world's largest mobile factory.
Earlier on Sunday, the South Korean president, accompanied by the first lady and his wife Kim Jung-sook, kick-started his maiden India visit with a tour of Akshardham temple in Delhi.
"I am very delighted to visit this grand temple as part of the first leg of my visit. After, seeing this, the feeling that I get is that India and Korea may be having different cultures, but the two countries share commonalities in values such as peace, harmony and unity in diversity," Moon said after visiting the iconic Akshardham temple.
