SP feud: Akhilesh Yadav calls crucial meet tomorrow, Azam's eventh-hour efforts failed to make peace

New Delhi:

UP Chief Minister AKhilesh Yadav has called a meeting of MLA’s and ministers at 9 am on Thursday. The meeting is scheduled to take place at his official residence in Lucknow.

The crucial meeting comes in wake of the tussle between Akhilesh and Mulayam over claim for SP’s ‘Cycle’ symbol during the election. It is believed that UP CM wants to discuss a lot of important issues with his MLA’s.

Earlier in the day, a meeting had been called at Mulayam’s residence that expanded beyond nine hours. Azam Khan, Shivpal Yadav and other party leaders were present in the meeting but failed to make any headway.

However, Mulayam’s close aide MLC Ashu Malik said that the internal feud between the Samajwadi Pariwar will soon get resolved.
