Indian politician and former diplomat Shashi Tharoor, who is known for his flawless grammar and ample vocabulary in English, has been trolled for one of his latest posts on Twitter.

Tharoor, who has always managed to impress followers with his distinctive choice of words, took to micro-blogging site Twitter and put on a lovely tweet experessing his gratitude to viewers for joining his Facebook live.

"Delighted to have 20,000 live viewers for my #FacebookLive at lunchtime on New Year's Day! Those whom missed it can view it at leisure on Facebook," the politician wrote.

While most of the followers failed to point out any error in the same, Suhel Seth, who is famous for slamming people for their incorrect English on social media, was the first person to make fun of Tharoor.

Criticising Tharoor's grammatical knowledge Suhel wrote, "Happy New Year. And those ‘who’ missed it😂😂😂🙏🙏🙏 or those ‘of’ whom...🙏🙏🙏."

Meanwhile, Indian actor and Singer Adnan Sami, too, left no stone unturned to take a dig at Tharoor and the sarcasm went on.

While some of Tharoor's followers are still wondering about the incident, rests are finding it hard to get over the biggest irony on Twitter.
