New Delhi:

The Supreme Court controversy has become a big political issue with the Congress Party openly coming out in support of four judges.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that the issues raised by the four judges were highly disturbing. He said that the death of Justice Loya should be investigated by a higher level of judiciary.

Investigation of Justice Loya's death is one of the main issues raised by the Justice J Chelameswar and three other justices in a letter to the Chief Justice of India (CJI).

Justice Loya was CBI judge in Sohrabuddin case. He died of heart attack in the case in which Amit Shah was an accused. Congress grabbed this opportunity to attack the ruling party indirectly.
