External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj addressed the ministerial session of Delhi-Dialogue IX on Tuesday. On this occasion, she said that the central govt has recently launched GST which is the biggest tax reform since independence. She also said that ASEAN is at the heart of India's 'Act East Policy'.
