Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday reposed confidence in “mahagathbandhan.” He said that the alliance in Bihar is unbreakable.
"People of Bihar gave us mandate, must be respected. Don't know why some people are trying to create confusion as part of a conspiracy," said Tejashwi.
Speaking on Mayawati’s resignation from Rajya Sabha, Tejashwi said that Lalu Prasad Yadav spoke to Mayawati over phone and conveyed her support.
Amidst the speculations that Nitish may take action against Tejashwi for allegations of corruption case against him, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar held a separate meeting in his chamber with deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav and state education minister Ashok Choudhary after the cabinet meeting.
Tejashwi has been named by the CBI as an accused in its probe into land-for-hotels scandal.
