New Delhi:

Aam Aadmi Party leader and Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Monday said that the charges levelled against him by Kapil Mishra are baseless and stressed that he was not even present at the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence on May 5.

Satyendar said that he will file defamation case against Kapil Mishra for making charges against him and he is also ready for release of CCTV footage of Delhi CM’s residence on May 5.

“There is a limit to lying. I wasn't present at CM's residence on 5 May, Friday and I can prove it in many ways. He has lost mental balance and making baseless allegations. Show us papers or proof if its true,” said Satyendra Jain on Kapil Mishra's allegations.

Kapil Mishra on Sunday alleged that he had witnessed Kejriwal take Rs 2 crore from Health Minister Satyendra Jain.

Outraged Mishra held a press conference at Rajghat Sunday and made serious allegations against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.  Mishra said it was a sleepless night for me after witnessing Kejriwal accepting the money.
