Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday responded to the debate on the motion of thanks to the President's address in the Lower House of Parliament. President Ram Nath Kovind addressed a joint sitting of both the Houses on January 31 - the opening day of the Budget Session 2019. Though the motion was moved in the Rajya Sabha, the discussion could not be started due to pandemonium in the House.
