The encounter in Pampore area in Jammu and Kashmir entered third day on Wednesday. A group of terrorists had entered a government building in Pampore, triggering a standoff between security forces and militants. Two of the three terrorists, who are believed to have been holed up inside the building, have been gunned down by the security forces, police sources said on Wednesday.
