Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed the Parivartan Rally in Ghazipur. Earlier on Monday, he laid foundation of the railways project at the same venue. The Parivartan Rally is part of Bhartiya Janta Party's campaign for Uttar Pradesh assembly elections due in 2017.

PM Modi has laid foundation stone of Tadi Ghat-Mau-Ghazipur railway line and a major bridge on river Ganga apart from addressing the party's rally as a part of the Parivartan Yatra.
