Two BJP ministers removed from Manohar Parrikar's cabinet in Goa

Two ministers have been dropped from Manohar Parrikar cabinet in Goa, said Chief Minister's Office on Monday. Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Francis D'Souza and Pandurang Madkaikar have been suffering from ailing health and are currently admitted at hospitals and that is being said as the main reason behind their removal.

Francis D'Souza and Pandurang Madkaikar on Monday were removed from Parrikar's cabinet in Goa as per News Agency PTI.

The removal of D'Souza and Madkaikar comes at a time when Goa CM Parrikar is admitted at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi and is under treatment for the pancreatic problem.

Francis D'Souza, the head of urban development department is currently admitted at a hospital in USA after suffering from brain stroke in June. 

Nilesh Cabral and Milind Malik - two BJP leaders - is set to be sworn in as ministers on Monday, as per officials.

Earlier, BJP chief Amit Shah stated that Parrikar will be continuing as the CM of Goa and announced reshuffle in the cabinet ministry would take place soon.
