Two die in cylinder blast during movie shoot in Bengaluru

A 29-year-old woman and her 8-year-old daughter died on the spot after a cylinder explosion during a film shoot in Bengaluru. According to reports, the incident happened while shooting of the film 'Ranam' directed by renowned Tollywood director V Samudra.

The shooting was going on at the IT park near Bagalur police station.

Another minor also got severely injured in the blast and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. 

"A cylinder exploded near Bagaluru police station limits earlier today, when shooting for a movie was underway at the spot," reports ANI.

The police, who rushed to the spot, two cars were supposed to collide in the shooting scene. However, it went wrong and two persons were killed. 

"The impact of the blast is very high as the bodies of the women were blown into pieces. Their identities are yet to be ascertained," a police official was quoted as saying by New Indian Express.
