Two women killed, one man injured after being run over by a car in Noida

Two women were killed and one man injured after being run over by a car in Kalaunda village here, police said on Saturday.

The incident happened late last night after four men got into a brawl with a local. As a large number of villagers gathered at the spot, the four attemped to flee in their car, and in the process, mowed down three persons, DSP Anurag Singh said.

The deceased were identified as Santo Devi (45) and Brakesh Devi (40). The injured man, Rambrat (45), has been admitted at AIIMS Delhi.

The accused were identified as Ashish, Sandeep, Saurabh and Gaurav. Police said all four accused are absconding adding that a case of murder has been registered.
