Akhilesh Yadav, Mulayam Singh Yadav attend Lucknow Metro inauguration function

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on Thursday attended the Lucknow Metro inauguration function.

The trial run of Lucknow Metro is expected to happen on Thursday. According to sources, the trial run will be happening on 8.5 km stretch till Charbagh station.

A total of 21 stations will be there in 23-km long North-South corridor. Out of these stations, eight stations will be elevated ones. The estimated cost of this project will be around Rs 6800 crores.
