Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik on Friday admitted that the situation of law and order has not completely improved in state and there is lot more to be done in this regard.
Naik hosted an Iftar party at Raj Bhawan which was attended by deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma and state women and family welfare minister Rita Bahuguna Joshi. Congress leader Pramod Tiwari also graced the occasion.
Former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav had already questioned the Adityanath government over the law and order situation in the state, saying that BJP government has become a “mute spectator”.
