One killed in a balloon cylinder blast that happened during a voting awareness rally at Green park Stadium, on Sunday ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, in Kanpur.
After the accident, questions on security arrangement has been raised by the authorities.
The first phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls was held onÂ Saturday and it witnessed a voter turnout of 63 percent. The second phase of the state elections will take place on February 15.
