Uttar Pradesh: Teenager gang-raped for hours in moving SUV in Bareilly

A teenager was gang-raped for hours in a moving SUV by miscreants in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly district, said police on Wednesday.

“A class 12 student was kidnapped in a SUV and was raped by unknown men on Tuesday for hours, injury marks were also found on her head and body,” a police officer posted in Bareilly said.

According to police, the girl was abducted from Buduan while she was returning home from college.

The police officer further added that it is yet not known for how many hours the victim faced her perpetrators. “She was found in unconscious state at a roadside under Fatehgunj police station limits,” the officer added.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital for immediate medical attention. Till the time report was filed the girl was yet to recover her consciousness.

A special team has been formed by the Uttar Pradesh Police to nab the miscreants behind the act.
