Referring to the Centre’s call to move toward cashless transactions, Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh on Thursday, said universities should play a constructive role in making India’s economy successful in the cyber-world.

“The country’s economy is going to be linked with the cyber-world and therefore universities should incorporate and introduce cyber security and law in their curriculum,” he said at the convocation ceremony of the ML Sukhadia University in Udaipur.

The cyber-world also has the potential of providing ample job opportunities for the youths. Universities should design professional courses related with cyber application, security and law, the Governor suggested.

He also asked teachers to introduce innovation in teaching methods with the help of digital techniques.
