A video has hit the social media just a few hours before the collaboration of AIADMK fractions claiming that MS Sasikala the interim general secretary of AIADMK has free pass to move in and move out of Bengaluru jail.

In the video one can see Sasikala wearing a dark coloured kurta entering the Parappana Agrahara Central jail in Bengaluru along with a relative who has been identified as Ilavarasi.

The interim general secretary of the party is serving four years jail term for corruption on the orders of the Supreme Court.

The CCTV footage was handed over to the Anti-Corruption Bureau by deputy inspector general of police (DIG) D Roopa Moudgil in connection to Sasikala bribery case on Saturday morning.

The video was submitted as part of her statement.

Earlier on July,  the Moudgil while serving as DIG Prisons in a four-page report, had said that a special kitchen was functioning in the jail for Sasikala. According to the report Sasikala has been serving jail term from February 15.

Soon after the submission of report she was transferred to traffic department in the capital of Karnataka.

Soon after the merger of AIADMK fractions the party has announced to expel Sasikala from all party ranks. Sasikala had taken charge of the Tamil Nadu’s ruling party after the death of Jayalalitha.

Jayalalithaa was Chief Minister when she died after a prolonged hospital stay; after her death, the AIADMK, which followed her lead blindly for nearly 20 years, had broken into two camps — one lead by O Pannerselvam and other by E Palaniswami, said to be Sasikala loyalist.
