Known for his funny and sarcastic tweets, former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag on Tuesday tweeted an emotional message in view of the Amarnath Yatra terror attack.
“A mother cries when her son sacrifices his life at border, a son cries when his mother killed at pilgrimage… God shouldn’t witness such tragic incident to anyone,” Sehwag tweeted.
Along with the tweet, he also posted two photos. In the first, a martyr’s body can be seen carried by his mother. In the other photo, a son can be seen telling about his mother’s tragic death at the Amarnath Yatra terror attack.
Terrorists killed seven Amaranth pilgrims, including six women, and injured 19 others as they struck a bus in Kashmir's Anantnag district, in the worst attack on the annual pilgrimage since the year 2001.
