Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in New Delhi Thursday on a two-day state visit to attend the annual India-Russia summit. During the visit, the Russian president is expected to sign a deal to provide India S-400 Triumf anti-aircraft missile systems. Besides the S-400 deal, the Russian President will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and hold crucial discussions on a range of regional and global issues, including US sanctions on the import of Iranian crude oil.
