Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 11 am on Sunday on the 26th episode of his radio programme Mann ki Baat. 

Speaking to the nation first time since the major policy decision to ban the currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 to curb black money and corruption, PM Modi is likely to talk on the effects of the decision on people and polity. 

In the last episode of his monthly radio show, the prime minister had wished the nation on Diwali and paid a tribute to soldiers, who had sacrificed their lives in nation’s service on borders. PM Modi also remembered contributions of India’s statesman Sardar Patel. 

Show telecast and timing details: 

The ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is aired on the entire network of All India Radio and Doordarshan at 11AM on Sunday. 

The programme is also streamed on YouTube channels of PMO, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and DD News.

AIR stations air the regional language versions of the broadcast in respective regions at 8 PM on Sunday.
