Watch: ISI hatching new plan to spread violence in Kashmir, say sources

The Sources Have Revealed That ISI Is Planning To Revive The Al-umar Mujahideen, Harqat-ul-Ansar, Al-Badr, Ikhvanal-ul-Mukahideen And Al-Jihaad Force Terror Groups For Attack In Kashmir. While Jaish, Lashkar And Hizbul Have Been Given Charge To Spread Terror In India Outside Of Kashmir.

Pakistan's intelligence agency is preparing to reinvigorate the terrorists cells dismantled during the 100 days of unrest in Kashmir, sources said. 

According to information obtained by Newsnation, Pak agency ISI has given full command of seeking revenge for India's surgical strike to terrorists cells within India. 

The sources have revealed that ISI is planning to revive the Al-umar Mujahideen, Harqat-ul-Ansar, Al-Badr, Ikhvanal-ul-Mukahideen and Al-Jihaad Force terror groups for attack in Kashmir.

While Jaish, Lashkar and Hizbul have been given charge to spread terror in India outside of Kashmir.

Muzaffarabad-based Al-umar Mujahideen chief Mushtaq Zargar is supervising the operations of terrorist groups in Kashmir Valley, the sources said. 

A native of Srinagar Mushtaq Zargar is the same terrorist who was released after the hijacking of IC 814 along with Masood Azhar in December 1999. 

According to the information obtained by Newnation reporter, at least 250 terrorist are currently present in the Valley, out of which 107 are locals.

ISI has directed these terrorists to make small attacks on security forces and then hide. These are groups which are snatching rifles from J&K police regularly. 

According to sources, Al-umar Mujahideen is now looking to intensify its attack on Indian security forces and arrange hideouts for its operatives within densely populated regions of the Valley.
