Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed BJP’s Parivartan rally in Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. The rally is aimed at giving the party a push before state assembly elections due next year.
Besides addressing rally, the Prime Minister will also dedicate three mega hydel projects to the nation from the same venue.
Unprecedented security arrangements have been made by the Mandi district administration.
The whole area has been divided into thirteen sanitized sectors and policemen with automatic weapons have been posted at several sensitive places.
