The national capital of India on Friday woke up to a bright sunny morning as predicted by the weatherman at the Skymet Weather. However, an active Monsoon is likely to prevail over West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Telangana. The maximum temperature around Delhi-NCR is likely to hover around 32 degree Celsius.

Normal rainfall is predicted to occur over Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal and over parts of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
The state of Telangana is lacking in moderate or heavy rainfall but the situation is expected to change in the next 24 hours as the maximum temperature in the northern districts is predicted to be around 30 degree Celsius.

Meanwhile, Konkan and parts of Goa alongside Mumbai have the prospect of witnessing light to moderate showers for the next 48 hours as the maximum temperature is predicted to be at 28 degree Celcius.
