Youth commits suicide by jumping in front of train at Delhi's AIIMS Metro station

A youth on Saturday committed suicide by jumping in front of a train at AIIMS Metro station in the national capital, reports said.

This is not the first time a person has committed suicide by jumping in front of Metro train as similar incidents have been reported in the recent past too.

Two days back, a 45-year-old man had committed suicide by jumping in front of a train at Shahdara Metro station.

The incident was reported in the afternoon when a man identified as Manoj K Verma allegedly jumped before the train going towards Rithala at platform number 1. He died on the spot.
