Has Meghan Markle already given birth to Baby Sussex? The Duchess who is now overdue has had many speculations circulating among royal fans that she might already given birth in secret. Among all the speculations, fresh rumour now suggest that Meghan could have given birth to not just one baby Sussex but two, twins. This speculation about the birth of twins surfaced when Lesley Gilchrist, midwife and founder of skincare company My Expert Midwife, Ms Gilchrist told London's Evening Standard that Meghan’s baby bump was much ‘’ larger than expected’’ while also adding more points to support her claim.
“Meghan has consistently carried a larger than expected bump suggesting she could be expecting twins''.
"When the Duchess was supposed to be around 18 weeks she looked more like what you expect at 22-24 weeks of gestation.”
“It might be that she has simply grown a really healthy baby’’ she added.
She also added that Meghan's travel habits and not flying after 30 weeks pregnancy was another huge clue that she is expecting more than one baby Sussex.
"The Duchess is focused on good self-care and a healthy diet and lifestyle, all which undoubtedly help with foetal growth, but it wouldn’t make that much of a difference; twins however would.
“I think another big indicator for me is that Meghan’s last known air travel was back in February.
"The Duchess confirmed she was around six months pregnant in mid-January meaning she would have been between 28-30 weeks gestation, putting her well within the official recommendations by the Royal College of Obstetricians for mum's pregnant with twins to avoid air travel after 32 weeks’’ she told the daily.
On Monday, the Daily Mail reports that though it has always been Meghan’s wish to give birth naturally in the calm surroundings of her secluded Windsor home, Frogmore Cottage, a week now overdue and with no sign of Baby Sussex's arrival, the 37-year-old Duchess could be facing the disappointing prospect of induced labour and a hospital birth.
