Oppsie! Meghan Markle makeup artist may have just dropped the biggest hint about the royal baby’s due date. With the royal household following a zipped-mouth policy about the date and gender of the tiny Harry-Meghan, fans have but been left with just speculations apart from the fact that the royal baby will arrive this Spring. Rumours are however flying in the air after Meghan’s makeup artist, Daniel Martin, posted a seemingly innocent post to his own Instagram page, which detail his travel plans.
Daniel Martin sparked speculation over Baby Sussex’s expected date of arrival when he posted a message on Instagram about his upcoming appearance at an industry event in New York. Martin, who is also the Duchess of Sussex’s close friend and wedding makeup artist, told his 124,000 followers he will be a guest at The MakeupShow in the Big Apple on May 5.
In his post, he wrote, "I'm very excited to share that I'll be making my first ever main stage appearance @themakeupshow on Sunday, May 5th from 10am-11:30am."
This announcement has thrown fans into a frenzy as it is speculated that Meghan, who is expected to turn to Mr Martin for her first post-birth makeup, will have given birth to Baby Sussex by then.
Martin was also spotted in the central London entertainment district of London, before heading to Windsor earlier this month, causing royal fans to believe he had flown in to be by Meghan’s final weeks of pregnancy and eventually her birth.
The parents-to-be released a statement last Thursday explaining the decision, revealing that they will also not be sharing any of the plans surrounding the birth, such as the date or the location.
'Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family’, the Kensington Palace statement said.
