Priyanka Chopra and her bold fashion pick up for the eventful Grammys 2020 that was a direct inspiration from Jennifer Lopez’s green barely-there jungle print Versace dress. All eyes were on Priyanka Chopra as the actress made her grand entrance to the awards show in an off-white dress with a plunging neckline.
The star, 37, dazzled in a Ralph & Russo dress with pink ombre fringe as she arrived to the 62nd annual Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. The ‘Sky is Pink’ star was the absolute epitome of glamour with her sleek hair styled down into a slight side part, along with a dangling pair of earrings adding some dazzle to her ensemble. She touched up her look with an earthy hue of eye shadow, burgundy lipstick.
Before heading for the Grammys, the actress strikes a pose with husband Nick Jonas a gold metallic tuxedo. The pair looked regal in every bit. Paying a tribute to Kobe Bryant, the actress painted her nails with 24, the number of the basketball legend’s jersey.
Back in 2000, when Jennifer Lopez stepped out on the Grammy red carpet in her barely-there jungle print Versace dress, things changed.The dress had been won 3 times before Jennifer donned it and made history, the creative director of the brand, Donatella Versace herself had worn the dress before but not once the craze had been to this extent.
For Clive Dav's Pre-Grammy's Gala, Chopra's donned a nude satin silk gown in rose gold. From its thigh-high leg slit to its sumptuous train, Chopra's dress was fit for royalty, and she looked practically perfect in the show-stopping gown.
Chopra recently starred in the latest Jonas Brither's music video "What a Man Gotta Do," along with Sophie Turner, and Kevin Jonas' wife Danielle. The couples re-created iconic movie scenes for the music video, with Chopra pretending she was in Risky Business. Jonas performed his latest number at the event as well.
