Samantha Akkineni is one Tollywood superstar who has not impressed her fans with her acting chops in movies like recently relased Majili and Super Delixe but also with her impeccable dressing sense and a body to die for.
The style and fitness diva was recently interviewed by superstar, Ram Charan's wife, Upasna. During the interview, Samantha opened up about her fitness regime and diet that helps her attain that attain the look she sports in her photoshoots.
Surprisingly though, the actress doesn't maintain a strict diet but is extremely disciplined when it comes to hitting the gym. Talking about the kind of exercises that yield great results for her, she said "I do a lot of weights and I burn a lot of energies with those. "
Talking about her regular diet, post workoout snack sam said, "I definitely have my protein shake which is vegan and I love that and a snack or so, or eggs or peanut butter."Â Â
She emphasised on the need of staying hydrated all the time. "The one thing we all tend to ignore that's the worst part. Because when you aren't hydrated, it shows on your skin and lips and your energy levels. Drinking water is the most important thing."said the actress.
The actress also has her fair share of cheat days. "I love spicy food. My favourite place is Telangana Spice Kitchen. It has prawns and biryani and it's amazing. I love to eat."
For all her fans and beginners, Sam's golden pice of advice is , "I still struggle actually, to get to the gym. It's something that you know, well as an actor, you're forced to go to the gym, but when you see the results and when you know the high of after it's done, the adrenaline rush, it makes you happy. You are organized and you have that time and it's for yourself and it becomes therapy."
Samantha got hitched to actor Naga Chaitanya in 2017. The two have also co-starred in films such as Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa,Thrayam, Autonagar Surya and Manam. Their first film together was Ye Maaya Chesave, on the sets of which they fell in love.
