Ok, we all know how the Kardashian family can be dramatic, but did Kim Kardashian really go as far as staging her own Paris robber of 2016? Fans were in for the shock of their lives when they saw Kim flaunting the gigantic, diamond ring in her Instagram post which she claimed had been stolen at the robbery. Questions about the robbery started pouring in at the sight of the ring with fans asking how the stolen ring made its return.
Addressing fan’s question about the stolen engagement ring, the 39-year-old reality star sitting down with ET addressed whether or not she was actually wearing the engagement ring gifted to her by her 42-year-old rapper husband, Kanye West.
'I borrowed all jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz. It was nice to borrow it all and nice to give it back to her’
'That was a really fun shoot and because it was diamonds, I thought this was the perfect way to bring it back and wear them again’ she added.
Kim went on to explain that the high-end jewelry designer always knows what she wants and that she even has a fake of the second engagement ring which the reality star borrows from time to time.
'She always knows the cut and everything that I really wanted. So when I want to wear something, I’ll borrow it from her for the day’’.
'There is a replica around. A little fake that I’ll borrow from her sometimes that she made. A really nice one. It looks really nice.'
Husband West had given her two engagement rings; one from 2013 and another 20-carat emerald-cut ring in 2016 which was the one stolen. Kim was held at gunpoint by two masked men who made off with about $10 millions of dollars’ worth of her jewelry — including her upgraded emerald-cut engagement ring in Paris.
