Fresh Leaves: Levi’s joins hands with Justin Timberlake and it’s a Demin-dream come true!

Levi’s, the good old denim brand, revolutionised fashion in 1920. Now, it is set to usher in a fresh face and new touch with 'Fresh Leaves'. With it, it comes away from the usual sight of a girl in Levi’s with a pair of high heels, sneakers or a brawny man with a lumberjack look in his faded, distressed denims.

The denim brand is adding a new Justin Timberlake collection to their array of denims. The 37-year-old ten Grammy winner with various other achievements in his kitty recently tried his hands-on apparel by debuting in a collaboration with Levi’s for an all-new men’s collection titled Levi’s x Justin Timberlake ‘Fresh Leaves’.

The singer is said to have worked closely with the design team at Levi’s to create the exclusive collection. As such, the new Levi’s collection has a lot of takes in designs keeping in mind Timberlake’s obvious love for music.

Fresh Leaves has a very modern take to the iconic fashion brand. Levi’s announced that a 20-piece menswear collection will have the most iconic fits through the eyes of the unexpected and current.

The collection is the ultimate all season set and introduces the best of the Levi’s icons such as their quality craftsmanship and premium fabrics. And much like the pop star, the collection also has hints of modern streetwear, taking the style of the pop star himself like oversized lengths, hoods on truckers and shirts. The collection also features a version of the iconic 501 jeans called the 501 Slim Taper.

Timberlake had always been one of the biggest denim fans and this collaboration isn’t his first nor will be the last. He first partnered with Levi’s when he was asked to customise the Levi’s Trucker Jacket for its 50th anniversary last year, then fans will also recall his 2001 American Music Awards red carpet appreance with Britney Spears in full on-denim.

 “Clothes are as important to a musician’s creative process and performance as the music itself. This Levi’s collection is my attempt to share some of my experiences with fans,” said Timberlake. 

The new collection launch seems set to bring in fresh breather to the world of fashion.
