Louis Vuitton, as one of the most luxurious French fashion brands, always bring a medley of designs/styles to the fashion world each fashion week. To upkeep the high stature of the brand, Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2019 saw fit the regal Louvre Palace as an event. And just as the brand, the Louvre Palace presented the show with a perfect ambiance for the deluxe event.

The event also marked the renewal of contract with the French luxury conglomerate and Nicholas Ghesquiere, the Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2019, as such, saw designs of Ghesquiere in smart tailoring with popping-patterns and a confrontation of colours and motifs.
Â
For this season, Louis Vuitton took inspiration from the outside world, meaning the stars and galaxies. Models in galaxy suit-inspired-hand with pointy leather heeled-shoes took the stage. The collection also saw models wearing contrasting colours of pants and a jacket suit matched with another pointy heeled laced shoes.

Since it is the Louis Vuitton show 2019, their iconic monogram trademark best printed in bags and purses was the highlight. Designer Ghesquière’s bag collection also saw a host of shapes and sizes. Models can be seen catwalking down the runway in oval shaped sling bags. Another of their monogram bags also saw designs inspired from a trunk-lookalike.
Â
The event was also a house of celebrities from all ranks. From the Oscar winner Alicia Vikander to the French Bond girl, Léa Seydoux to the newly engaged Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. Hollywood A-lister celebrities such as Cate Blanchett were also attended the show.
