Miss Peru 2019, Anyella Grados has reportedly been stripped off the coveted crown and also barred from entering the Miss Universe pageant. According to Daily Mail, the 20-year-old South American beauty was revoked of the Miss Peru crown on Wednesday after footage emerged showing her in an inebriated state drunk and vomiting while walking down a flight of steps after partying at a nightclub in the town of Rioja.

Grados, who was crowned Miss Peru in October 2018, was looking forward to representing the South American nation in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant in the Philippines later until the viral video that made her career go south.

“I think that the national queen has to be above all humble and committed,” ' is a figure that has to maintain an image.' Jessica Newton, the director of the Miss Peru pageant told the Daily Mail.
