Ranveer Singh’s Diwali sartorial choice had it long coming because everyone knows that his choice is always unpredictable. As an actor, he understands that a piece of clothing is to cover the body rather than define a person. Which is why, you will often see him in all the experimental sides.

He is fearless, original, and colourful, a whole lot of colours that even a Sephora’s eye-shadow palette falls short of. His colourful extension of plethoric attires somehow seems to be an extension of his colourful, quirky persona. From rocking a pleated skirt to a magician like silk gown, muppet pyjamas and Sylvester fluffy slippers to the tux-infused event of the GQ Best dressed Awards, Ranveer Singh creates a laugh riot wherever he goes.

Hence, for Diwali, him turning up with Deepika Padukone at Director Sanjay leela Bhansali's residence in Kurta-Pyjama in a seafoam chanderi foil print kurta by Masaba Gupta was no surprise. Because what is Ranveer without a little bling?

For his hair, he maintains the Elves Presley, sleek, combed-back hairstyle while carrying a moustache like a descend from Moochu Singh which he matched with a golden aviator, fitted white pants and a white sneaker. What a way to fuse fusion wear!
Deepika Padukone, quite contrary to beau Ranveer, chose a simple white oversized shirt and denims with white sneakers and round, Lenon-like eyewear.

The couple is all set to get married next week on November 14 and 15 at the lavish and picturesque Italy’s Villa Del Banbianello, Lake Como. Their wedding coincidentally marks the fifth year since their first onscreen and offscreen romance started, Ram Leela.
