Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent annoucement of forming a corpus to help fight the coronavirus pandemic and help the distressed has made several celebrities come out in support with their share of contribution to the fund.

However, this moment calls for new strategies and a collective effort, so I believe it’s important to communicate this.” said his post as he pledges the amount.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar has committed to Contribute Rs 25 crore , Varun Dhawan Rs 50 Lakh and Ratan Tata a whopping Rs 500 crore for the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund.
