Green Tea
Green tea does a lot of wonders for skin as it is rich in antioxidants. And now a new research in the Journal of Nutrition, women who drank 4 cups of green tea per day for 12 weeks had lower risk of sunburn by 25 per cent plus their skin density and elasticity improved.
Coffee
A morning coffee is an energy booster. According to 2011 study of Harvard Medical School, people who drink coffee are at minimum risk of developing basal cell carcinoma, which is the most common type of non-melanoma skin cancer.
Red wine
According to reseachers, proanthocyanidins, antioxidants in red grapes may help in preventing oxidative reactions in your skin. Oxidative reactions occur on skin due to sun exposure and can damagfe and kill cells causing sunburns and possibly skin cancer. But be careful about the advised quantity.
