Sunday munch: Delight yourself with this succulent, cheesy chicken quesadillas

No too much cheese is a little too cheesy. The zesty chicken with cooked peppers mixed with melted cheeses, what could get better! With the internet on our palms, ordering and having delivered food have become so convenient. But amid all the convenience, the result of a little effort always tastes better. And what more perfect way to pamper yourself with your effort than a lip-smacking chicken quesadilla.  A delight blended with the rich taste of the creamy cheese and mouth-watering Mexican fajita, this quesadilla recipe is quick, easy delicious, and will make you anticipate another Sunday.

Ingredients:
500 grams, boneless chicken breast, diced
1 packet fajita seasoning
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 onion chopped
10 flour tortillas
1 packet shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp bacon bits
1package, shredded, Monterey Jack Cheese 

Directions for chicken quesadillas

1. Preheat the broiler while greasing a baking sheet.
2. Mix the chicken with the fajita seasoning, then spread evenly onto the baking sheet. Place under the broiler and cook until the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
4. In a large saucepan heat the oil over medium heat. Then, stir in the green bell peppers, red bell peppers, onion, and chicken. Keep cooking and stirring the mixture for about 10 minutes.
5. Fill half of each tortilla with the chicken and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and Monterey Jack.
6. Fold the tortillas in half and Place onto a baking sheet.
7. Bake quesadillas in the preheated oven until the cheeses have melted, about 10 minutes.
