Chocolate-dipped frozen bananas
Ingredients; Two bananas Toothpicks 1 bag of milk chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil How to make chocolate-dipped frozen bananas Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Then cut the peeled bananas into thumb-size slices. Insert toothpick into each slice and place them separately on the cookie sheet. Freeze 30 minutes. Next, in a medium microwavable bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil on High 30 seconds and stir them well. Microwave in 15-second increments, stirring well after each, until chocolate is completely melted. Finally, remove the bananas from the freezer and dip each in melted chocolate; return to paper-lined cookie sheet. Return bananas to freezer.
