A latest study, led by Dr Adela Navarro, a cardiologist at Hospital de Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, has found that drinking coffee on a daily basis may add some extra years to your sweet and delightful life. People who drink caffeine regularly have mortality rates almost two-thirds lower in comparison to the non-drinkers.
"Coffee is one of the most widely consumed beverages around the world," Dr Adela Navarro was quoted while interacting with Science Daily.
"Previous studies have suggested that drinking coffee might be inversely associated with all-cause mortality but this has not been investigated in a Mediterranean country," Adela added further.
Earlier several other studies have also proved the other advantages of caffeine consumption everyday.
While it is good for folks who is suffering from some sort of liver problems, people having two cups a day may experience as much as a 22% drop in mortality. Some older people in the study have even witnessed that rise to 30%.

On the other hand, drinking four cups a day reduces the death risk than those who are not used to this habit at all. Drinkers may also have less inflammation and boosted immune systems.
The 10-year-long study was conducted on 19,986 people in Spain and have showed that those who drank coffee regularly have the lowest risk of a early death.
According to scientists compounds such as caffeine, antioxidants and diterpenes are considered to be good and healthy for human body and may gift you a prolong and beautiful life.
