Bollywood with the rest of the world is on a lockdown amid the Coronavirus scare. Celebs are getting more active on social media with QnA sessions, TikTok videos and unseen pics to kill time to interact more with fans along with maintaing social-distancing. Fitness diva Katrina Kaif has united with her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, the celeb pilate instructor to help her followers stay active, healthy with a  series of exercises that they can do at home in self-isolation and without visiting the gym.

Katrina while sharing her entire exercise regime wrote, “#WorkoutatHome Can’t go to the gym so sharing the workout that Yas and I did at home. Stay safe and be active if u can” The actor explains how the exercises will boost immunity and help they stay healthy.

The successive videos has Katrina and Karachiwala doing the following exercises.

1 Squat & Side Leg Lifts - 3 sets x 20 reps

2 Reverse Lunge - 3 sets x 15 reps

3 Situp - 3 sets x 20 reps

4 Pushup - 3 sets x 15 reps (you can substitute with incline pushups or knee pushups)

5 Plank to ‘T’ - 3 sets x 15 reps

6 Mountain Climbers - 4 slow and 15 tempo x 3 sets.


Katrina Kaif is one of the fittest Bollywood celeb, and her impressive abs are proof that she has a disciplined attitude towards workout. The ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor is fitter at 36 than most of us in our teens and we all remember the video in which she is seen giving Ali Bhatt a tough time at the gym. The actress is a pro in all kinds of workout form be it cardio, strength training, pilates, yoga or combat.
