Women, afraid of experiencing an early menopause may take a shy of relief as the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health have conducted a joint study to provide some necessary tips to fight the same.
According to a group of author namely Maegan Boutot and Prof Elizabeth Bertone-Johnson, having adequate amount of green veggies, brown rice, oatmeal and soya on regular basis dicreases the risk of experiencing an early menopause.
Though the condition generally affects women during their 50s, in some cases they experience it years before they are supposed to go through and become unable to conceive further.
The year-old problem also indicates the possibility of heart-disease and other old age problems.

The recent study condected by Johnson and Boutot suggests that consumption of 6.5 percent of calories as form of vegetable protien dicreses the risk of early menopause around 16 percent.
More than 10 percent of women are the victims of the cessation of ovarian function before age 45 which also triggers the risk of experiencing several diseases like cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and early cognitive decline.
Researchers have further warned that women who are highly addicted to smoking, drinking and deprived of required sleeps are more likely to deal with this huge problem way before the proper age.
